Streetwise caters
for people at all levels who wish to obtain their motorcycle licence.
We provide training for absolute beginners through to more experienced
riders wishing to obtain their R class (unlimited) licence.
Because the skills
and experience of students is so varied, the training is tailored
to suit your needs. For example, if you have never ridden before
your training will commence in the safety of a car park before you
progress to the road. All training is delivered on a 1:1 basis by
Frank.
The main emphasis
of your training is safety. We will cover safety aspects such as
protective clothing and equipment, safe operation of the bike, recognising
hazards and how to avoid them.
You will also
be taught road positioning, braking, cornering and riding according
to the conditions you are in. All this will make you a safe and
skilled motorcyclist.

You must obtain
a permit before commencing your lessons. These are available from
the Department for Planning and Infrastructure.
